Installation: Copy and paste the Data folder in the zip file to the Skyrim SE root folder. Basically the same cell is not rescanned.Д¬ells are pretty big and if NPCs are in different cells from the player they aren't scanned. To reduce load times, new scans only start if the player changes cells.
